Missing washer in connector.

While testing we found the jumper to the radio was failing PIM testing on all lines. The crew was using the existing jumpers instead of replacing them with new factory jumpers. When we opened the connectors to see if there was anything wrong and we found that all connectors were missing the internal washer. This was determined to be the cause of the failing connectors. All the old connectors were replaced and all lines passed PIM testing. Prior to PIM testing, all lines were sweep tested and passed.
